Brigitte Neary’s abstract, titled “Grobalization: The Case of Heidelberg, Germany,” has been accepted for presentation at the European Sociological Association 2013 Conference in Torino, Italy. The conference is called “Crisis, Critique and Change,” and will take place August 28-31, 2013. Hers was one of 4,000 submissions. Neary is a professor of sociology in the Department of Sociology, Criminal Justice and Women’s Studies.
