Dr. Richard Routh, Department of Informatics, USC Upstate, was an invited speaker at this year’s annual S.C. chapter of Government Management Information Sciences (SCGMIS) conference in Charleston, S.C. On April 9 he spoke for 90 minutes on the topic, “I.T. Governance that Really Works.” About 80 senior I.T. professionals from various SC government organizations and a few associated vendors were present.
