Adjunct faculty member Dr. Kirk Neely has been honored by the Kiwanis Club of Spartanburg as Citizen of the Year.

Neely was honored Dec. 1 at a ceremony held at the Piedmont Club. He has taught religion courses at USC Upstate since 2012.
